Before co-founding YourHire, Stacy built a highly successful consulting and sales career, gaining the business insight and strategic perspecitive that shaped her ability to understand business needs from multiple perspectives. Over the past decade, she has combined this expertise with her passion for connecting people, helping companies identify and secure top talent to build high-performing teams.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Stacy is deeply involved in her community and actively supports a variety of philanthropic organizations. She is passionate about giving back, mentoring others, and contributing to causes that create meaningful and lasting impact. Naturally, Tricia builds strong productive relationships, displays organizational savvy and leverages networks and diversity. Recognized as a Top Tier Manager, she is defined as one who demonstrates the highest level of effective recruiting, coaching and performance including through major product launches.
Tricia is married and has three very active children. She enjoys exercising, hiking and volunteering within the community.
